DVD-5 can hold up to 2 hours of quality video. It is a single-sided single-layered format with 4.7GB capacity.

DVD players are becoming a common household appliance owned by most American families. The role of VHS has been taken over by DVDs. Companies have found DVD an efficient media for training video, instructional video, marketing video, etc.

New Cyberian Systems Inc. offers quality DVD Replication service with full-color offset printing. These are real pressed DVDs, not those DVD's burned from DVD-R's by DVD Duplication. They have the same quality as the DVD's you can find in DVD outlets and movie stores.

But if your quantity is small or you need to have a rush job, our DVD Duplication Service is just designed for that. If your video is over two hours, you will need DVD9. If you need to have two video on the same disc; say one side PAL for the European and the other side NTSC for the USA and Japan, use DVD10 instead.

Artwork templates are listed below the product picture based on the selections you have made under the Packaging pull-down menu. You will need either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the template. If you use non-standard fonts please either send us the font files, outline the fonts (Illustrator), or rasterize the fonts (Photoshop). Missing font is a common problem we face when clients use non-standard fonts.

We can also accept artwork in other format from programs such as CorelDraw, Quark, Gimp as long as the following specifications are met.

1. 300 dpi,
2. CMYK mode,
3. Artwork diameter is 116mm. The inner non-printable area diameter is 23mm.

LEAD-TIME is about 7 to 10 working days. But let us know if you need your order sooner, we will try our best to expedite for you without rush fees.

Shipping options include ground (1 to 5-day dependes on where you are located), 3-Day, 2-Day, and overnight. We encourage you to plan ahead so you can use ground shipping. In general the cost difference between ground and overnight is quite big.

For your reference, 1,000 bulk DVDs weight about 42 lb. in two boxes of 21 lb. each.

We accept either playable DVD-R or DLT Tape as master for your DVD replication order. This applies to orders that need CSS or without CSS.

Burn the finished artwork on a CD and mail it to us together with the content master DVD to be replicated. You can also send us the artwork and/or content electronically to sales@newcyberian.com by using free service provided by www.yousendit.com or www.sendspace.com. If you choose to send us the content electronically, try to create a disc image in ISO, NERO, Toast, or other compatible formats.

If you place the order online, please include a copy of the online invoice when you send us the master by mail.

New Cyberian Systems, Inc. guarantees the replicated DVD will be exactly the same as the master provided to us by our clients.  We will not be liable for any latent errors that are inherent in the content. Please make sure to check and test the master before sending it to us.

Note: All prices for DVD Replication include glass master and stamper, film charges, dvd replication, 5-Color (full color) silkscreen / offset printing directly onto the disc. There is absolutely NO extra charge except for shipping. CSS DVD copy protection can be added as an option. New Cyberian is among the few companies that can accept your DVD-R master for CSS. There is not need to supply a DLT tape.

For all DVD replication orders your artwork will be professionally printed onto the CD surface by either silkscreen or offset printing -- the same quality as any retail CD's you can find in music stores.
